[March 22, 2012] Help us!

What is with our player loss? Is it players leaving to play Other servers? Have we upset our player base? Did we just get dumped behind like the other unpopular servers? What is it we are doing wrong?
I would like some awnsers, prefered from the unbanned members or people who check our forums and don't play on the server. I would like some awnsers to why they don't play anymore. I want to make it entertaining for people, but I have no feedback.
We have recently gotten mob arena back, Can't say the server is lag-free but still not very laggy. Aswell we are making our own Hunger Games. It will include the 13 Districts, and the Capitol. The arenas for tributes to fight in will be different in their own way. The one we start off with will be from the Third Quart Quell. So we can make that one fairly easily.
Anyone who can provide me with some ideas to why we are losing our players or ideas to make the server more entertaining would be obliged. I and my staff appreciate your ideas, So please give me some theories/feedback.

5. Griefing
Peoples Houses, Bases And The Like Are Getting Wrecked Sometimes By Admins, I Had A House Once And It Was Just Deleted Yet I Mined It Out And Everything (Legit Too) And I Was Apart Of A Faction And I Saw You And A Few Other Admins TNTing The Faction. (I'm Not Accusing Anyone)
None of the admins grief anymore.

6. Modes
I See That Creative Mode And Flying Attracts A Lot Of People For Other Servers
We can't just give out creative mode and flying, we are PvP.

7. Updates
I See Bukkit Come Out With Releases Like A Month Before You Upgrade The Server. (I Know About Plugins)
Lies, I update as soon as possible when it comes to bukkit, the plugins are the problem.

Upload Some Great Videos Of The Server In Action Like Never Seen Before

Creatron = WTH YOU SMOKING? I am not going to use a server creator! Either way, The OFFICIAL Bukkit is NOT updated to 1.2.4, Quit complaining. I update when I can. I use the same old registration plugin, just it is updated and run by a new group of people now. Still, you only have to register once. Factions, I will let them be open to all for a week then change back.

Updated to a Developmental 1.2.4 Build. Unstable Server, But running 1.2.4

If you read the book, the 13th district is under ground because they were bombed and the capitol wanted to stop the war, so the 13th district pretended to be dead.

3 Books, No I am not going to buy it at all.

If anything I'd wait till the books were super cheap then buy them. (Only because I have already read them)

I think we need a better spawn to be honest. I told you from the beginning it didn't look too great but it was good for the meantime. I will gladly help make the new spawn if you want. I say we need a more simpler mall, tutorials, different worlds, we all have to go all-out on advertising once the new spawn is in. the spawn should also have guides and be alot simpler to move around like when we had the plane spawn. We should also have a type of role-play. Would be alot more entertaining.
