Say, if i found a stronghold and its portal, then came back with ender eyes and activated it, will entering it crash or break anything, like frankyboy said that he crashed some other server using an ender portal?

The end is typically griefed by Stuffing when a new map is launched - consider it his way of 'baptising' the map.
