I'm answering this just incase someone is having these same problems.
This is a universal forum issue that everyone will have. Internet Explorer 9 and forumotion forums do not have compatible software. Internet Explore may or may not eventually cope with this problem, if not, then sorry.
The main Internet Explorer and forumotion you will tend to see are:
1. Pictures are gone.
2. Selective similies do not work.
3. Admin CP do not save.
4. No HTML translation is available.
5. Letters are bigger/smaller.
6. Pictures become reformatted or discolored.
7. Widgets (User profile, latest topic, search) reformat.
8. The "User Control Panel" located to the left shows X's because of the code that I placed. - I'll fix it.
Some HTML codes may or may not work.
Sorry for the inconvenience, complain to IE9 if its that big of an issue for you.
This has been tested on the alternative search engine - Mozilla Firefox
