Why am I banned?

When I try to log onto the server, it says ban. I have never played any server before, including this one. Please fix this! I am a friend of Pie's at school.

Nope. But we are whitelisted so it doesn't matter currently.

Now it says "The Ban Hammer has spoken" and it still says disconnected by server, so what the hell is going on? Question
