Help Build our Spawn!

We will be making a NEW spawn before we ACTUALLY decide to go public with a new map!
We Will carry SOME things over from the old map and leave some behind in a old save that will always be around!
Meanwhile We will go WHITELIST for a few days and have people CONSTANTLY working on our spawn to get it done and ready for people to come play and have fun!

Features that we will be building will include the following:
a BRAND NEW shop!
A Lovely town for people to spawn into! (Not spawn building)
A epic Castle to explore for newcomers!
and any other ideas we have!

Why should we pick you over everyone else?: Im a fair hand with redstone, I'm on the server for about 2 hours a day, if not more, I've helped as a builder before (The reformed house for creepers and the spleef courts (Pie helped too)
Creative ideas to add to the city: A haunted House (Piston Ghosts, random traps, running from lava...etc), Spleef, Contests (freebuild with limited resources, olympics) noteblock songs (might cause too much lag), a race track (boats and/or minecarts) A lake for fishing (more of a joke, but maybe a fishing torunament?)

Why should we pick you over everyone else?: I play this server every day, and I love it! I have helped build on the spawn including the small castle and the airplane.
Creative ideas to add to the city: Hot air balloon (movecraft) water slides, minecart tracks, MASSIVE adventure map build area (one project for the server) and redstone games.

How long you have played the server: Around 3 months.
Why should we pick you over everyone else?: I have patience, I am on everyday sometimes not on holidays though. I have been on multiple servers before, and have had experience working on buildings.I could also work with frankyboy440 as he is in my faction, and we have had some experience together.
Creative ideas to add to the city: Paintball arena ( it does need a warp, and it will be arrows not paint) giant circular spleef arena, definitely a a roller coaster, A fast food restaurant (which is shaped as its food) skyscrapers, the problem with a town is that it will be big, and therefore easy to get lost in, many people would not really like this when they first log into the server, I would also add an obstacle course as well as a arena to fight in, that has pits and walls, as well as something like different classes (something like archer gets golden apples leather armor and a bow with 64 arrows and a warrior apples with iron armor and an iron sword. and so on)
